Women shaping U.S. politics_

If this past year taught us anything, it's that we must get comfortable being uncomfortable, and through discomfort we experience our greatest growth. 

Despite the craziness that we experienced, 2020 was a year of many firsts for women in American politics. There were more women in American politics than ever before, including women of color, according to MSNBC. The number of women running for the U.S. house nearly doubled over the past decade from 113 to 227.
